What is a crypto trading challenge?
A crypto trading challenge is a rule-based evaluation where performance is measured against fixed targets, loss limits, and other scoring conditions. On Crypto Call, the evaluation happens in a simulated environment using real market feeds.
Is Crypto Call a broker or exchange?
No. Crypto Call is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment service. It is a simulated crypto trading evaluation platform.
Is this real trading or simulated trading?
The challenge uses a simulated trading environment. Market prices are based on real feeds, but execution can differ from a live exchange.
How do the 3 stages work?
Participants progress through Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 in order. Each stage has its own credited target, time limit, minimum trading days, daily loss limit, maximum drawdown limit, and credited profit caps.
What is credited PnL?
Credited PnL is the portion of profit or loss counted under the challenge rules after the daily cap and per-trade cap are applied. Raw PnL and credited PnL are not always identical.
What happens if I hit max drawdown?
Breaking the maximum drawdown rule fails the stage and may lead to additional enforcement depending on the violation pattern.
When is KYC required?
KYC is required only when claiming a performance bonus after a successful completion. It is not required just to read the public pages or understand the rules.
Which countries are restricted?
Participation is not available in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Public informational pages remain accessible, but restricted jurisdictions cannot use transactional or claim-related flows.
Are bots allowed?
No. Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, and external automated execution are prohibited under the public rules.
Are signals or copy trading allowed?
No. Signal mirroring, copy trading, and one-to-one replication are prohibited because they undermine individual performance evaluation.
What assets can I trade?
The current supported futures symbols are BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, SOLUSDT, and BNBUSDT.
Is trading available on weekends?
Yes. The trading environment is available 24/7, including weekends, subject to platform availability and rule enforcement.
How long does each stage last?
Stage 1 lasts 21 days, Stage 2 lasts 21 days, and Stage 3 lasts 14 days. Each stage also has a minimum number of trading days.
What happens after I pass Stage 3?
After Stage 3 is passed, the participant can move into the bonus claim and verification process. Claim review remains subject to compliance and rule checks.
How does bonus processing work?
The performance bonus is described as a promotional gift, not investment income. The public rules state a 1:5 bonus ratio relative to the entry amount and a target claim processing time of up to 72 hours after successful verification.
Are refunds available?
The legal terms state that there are no refunds after successful payment confirmation and account delivery.
Can I have more than one account?
No. The platform operates on a one person, one account rule. Multiple accounts, account sharing, and borrowed identities can lead to disqualification.
What is a minimum credited day?
A minimum credited day is a trading day that closes with at least +0.5% credited result. It is one of the consistency conditions built into each stage.
How is the leaderboard calculated?
The public performance structure is based on transparent performance metrics such as credited PnL, win rate, streaks, and selected time periods. The explanatory leaderboard page describes the intended calculation logic without publishing fake results.
